The chalet is fantastic, ski-in /out from/towards the area towards Les Gets if there is enough snow and otherwise 100m from the gondolas in that part, and also 200m from the lift to superMorzine / Avoriaz. The chalet staff was very relaxed. Our dietary requirements were easily taken into account, and where necessary there was always a separate meal for the children that was very much appreciated. The chalet itself is also very nice. Sufficiently spacious, large space to store and dry skis and snowboards and clothes, spacious bedrooms, sufficient bathrooms.
Formula is more than excellent. Especially for groups that have enough participants to rent an entire chalet. Gives a lot of privacy.
The welcome on arrival was very warm and sincere! The employees were very accessible, willing to contribute ideas and service-oriented. In short, very customer-friendly hostesses!
The welcome and service of the Wens chalets team during our stay was perfect! The very friendly crew pampered and pampered us all week. It was a very pleasant stay thanks to the attention and service of the crew!
Our host Jord helped to ensure that we really had a perfect holiday. Jord is a very nice, nice, cooperative guy who cooks superbly. This was an enrichment to our vacation. We would advise you to adjust small things in the chalet. Authentic Austrian should not be confused with overdue maintenance. Small point of attention. We would also like to thank you very much for the wonderful holiday we had, partly because of Wens (and especially Jord).
