A spacious chalet with all the trimmings, typically Austrian. The bus pick-up point is on the other side of the road and the bus comes along regularly. There is no room for the skis in the chalet, but that is no problem because for 6 euros you can place them in the ski shop with locker. So you never have to wear them .. The rooms are ok, the bathrooms may need updating but you have everything you need. Many thanks to Marja and Chantal. Super chefs and waiters. A holiday worth repeating.
As usual it was lovely again and after a day of skiing it feels like coming home, you just don't have to do anything anymore! The fridge is filled and a delicious dinner is prepared. The location of the chalet / apartment in Gerlos has also been greatly improved with the new lift (Dorfsbahn) and is very nice (1.5 minute walk). Really great. Also helped that the weather was fine.
We had a great week staying at Chalet Silian. We were a group of 23. The hosts Didi and Nena were excellent, with their attention to detail and excellent service with food and drinks. Catering for late arrival, meal time changes and dietary requirements with always a big smile and no problem. They are a credit to your company.
