- We had the very best ski holiday we’ve had, thanks to the wonderful Wens Chalets hosts.
We had a fantastic time. We have stayed in a nearby Chalet on a previous trip, and so everything felt very familiar and we were able to relax straight into the holiday. Jesse and Mare were both great and really welcoming.
This was our first Christmas skiing as a family (2 Grandparents, 8 Parents and 8 Grandchildren - 17 to 3 years old) and how lucky were we to choose Wens Chalet in the Clouds, located in Les Menuires. Once we had got over the slight problem of finding it, we soon realised what a fantastic chalet it is and what a great location (stones throw from the slopes, ski school, ski hire and a few bars and restaurants). Our chalet hosts, Jesse and Mare, were amazing and certainly made it a Christmas to remember, constantly serving us with amazing dishes and treats.

We have just had the most wonderful week at Chalet in the Clouds with a large family group of 20, including three tiny children. Giles and I were celebrating our 60th birthdays. The whole experience was truly fabulous from beginning to end. The accommodation was delightful, well resourced, in great condition and perfectly located for easy access to the slopes (.. even when the snow began to disappear…this was the very last week of the season). We made good use of the superb hot tub and sauna which were always clean and inviting. What really made our stay so perfect however were our hosts, Rob and Kirsten. They could not have been better…they exceeded all our expectations. Both were cheerful, welcoming, professional, informative and completely charming. They created the most delicious meals, even managing to produce imaginitive and tasty alternatives for those with food intolerances. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for such a memorable week!
We had a wonderful stay at Chalet in the Clouds, Les Menuires - perfect location, hot tub, snow conditions and chalet hosts Rob and Kirsten! They were wonderful, so welcoming, helpful and friendly, and the food was fantastic! They really made our holiday and are a credit to Wen Chalets! Huge thanks.
