The staff were fantastic - always friendly, attentive and wanting to make our stay better. The large shared dining table made dinner and breakfast extra sociable and the comfortable lounge area had plenty of seating options and great views of the mountains.
First time in a Wens chalet (Alpaka in Chatel). Fantastic experience, great location, amazing staff (especially Irene who solved every problem we threw at her), great food and superb service. Will be booking again without hesitation
Fantastic stay in Chatel. Although the chalet was a little basic it was clean and comfortable. The chalet staff were outstanding and made our stay very special. Would highly recommend
