Do any colleagues have dietary requirements or allergies? Please let us know in advance. At Wens Chalets, this is no problem: our chalet hosts take these into account where possible for breakfast and the three-course dinner on catered days. This allows all colleagues to sit down and relax after an active day in the snow and enjoy meals together in the chalet.
We are also happy to help you with everything related to the skiing itself. On a corporate ski trip, groups often include different ability levels: from experienced skiers to colleagues stepping onto skis for the first time. That is why it is useful to know in advance what is possible regarding ski equipment hire, lift passes and ski lessons.
In many ski areas, ski equipment can be reserved in advance, often with a discount through Wens Chalets. Lift passes and ski lessons are arranged through local providers, but we are happy to advise you on the options for each destination. This gives you a clear idea of what to expect and helps avoid unnecessary questions or arrangements once you are there.
During the preparation of your corporate ski trip, you will have one dedicated contact person at Wens Chalets. This makes the process much smoother: communication is quick, advice is specific and you do not have to explain what you are looking for again and again.
