You stay for 3 or 4 nights in your own catered chalet in Austria, France or Italy. Together with your colleagues, you hire the entire chalet privately, including breakfast, three-course dinners, drinks and the service of our chalet hosts. This way, you combine a short ski holiday with team building, relaxation and the sociability of travelling together, without having to arrange everything yourself as the organiser.
For a short ski break with your company, a private catered chalet is often more comfortable than a hotel. You stay under one roof with only your own colleagues, team members or business relations, without other guests around you. A short ski break with Wens Chalets is a short winter sports stay of 3 or 4 nights in a fully catered chalet. A short ski holiday is available in selected chalets and weeks, usually outside peak season and always subject to availability. Saturday is the fixed changeover day, which means a short ski break is usually possible from Saturday to Tuesday or Wednesday, or from Tuesday or Wednesday to Saturday.
This makes a short ski break an accessible way to organise a compact yet complete group trip to the snow with your company, with the same Wens Chalets formula as during a full ski week.
With the Wens Chalets formula, many things are already taken care of. During your short ski break, the following are included as standard:
*For a stay of 4 nights, 4 breakfasts and 3 three-course dinners are included. For a stay of 3 nights, 3 breakfasts and 3 three-course dinners are included.
*Drinks such as beer, non-alcoholic beer, house wine, soft drinks, coffee and tea are included during the stay. A fair use policy applies to prevent excessive use. Spirits are not included in the standard formula.
Our chalet hosts are an important part of your stay. They welcome your colleagues on arrival at the chalet in Austria, France or Italy. They also prepare breakfast and three-course dinners, keep the chalet well looked after and act as a familiar point of contact for all colleagues during the ski stay.
For companies, this is especially convenient. You do not have to coordinate everything yourself on site, allowing your colleagues to focus fully on the slopes, relaxation and spending time together. After après-ski, everyone can simply sit down on time for the three-course dinner without having to arrange anything themselves. This creates calm, clarity and a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere during the ski stay in the chalet.

Dietary requirements and allergies can be shared in advance, so everyone can be taken into account.
In the chalets, there is often more possible than accommodation and catering alone. We have projectors available in several chalets, and it may also be possible to organise a winter barbecue for your colleagues. For ski equipment rental, ski passes and ski lessons, we will gladly point you in the right direction. In many ski areas, ski equipment can be reserved in advance, often with a discount. Ski passes and ski lessons are usually arranged through local providers.
