Had a great long weekend in Dorferhaus Gerlos. Great staff with a personal approach. Chalet was clean and the care of food and drinks was fine.
Wens Chalets has a great formula, which is otherwise difficult to find in the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ski area. Large houses with staff who provide breakfast, dinner and drinks. We were in Raterhoff with a group of 21 last week, and really enjoyed ourselves! The staff, Peggy and Lisa, were fantastic. Anything we wanted could be arranged and they were very thoughtful and helpful.
Had a really wonderful holiday thanks to wenschalets. Everything was arranged for us. Breakfast, dinner, cleaning, towels etc. etc. We could really enjoy our skiing holiday to the full. Our staff (Bryan and Manouk house Silian Saalbach) are real toppers! They took everyone into account and were super sweet, cooperative, helpful and flexible. Really recommend!
Thanks for the great vacation. We really enjoyed the catered chalet, delicious breakfasts, and dinners! The Chalet was in a very good location in the village and on the slopes. See you next year!
