Our group had a great time at Chalet Rosa in Fiss. The resort itself is charming and very family oriented. In terms of the Chalet it was very comfortable for our group which consisted of 8 adults and 10 children. I don't think the floor plan does it justice because the bedrooms were spacious and the area in general sufficiently big enough for us all. Beds were also comfortable. The real difference maker for us were the staff - Yinthe and Karlien, who were fantastic. The food was great overall and they also ensured all children (and their tastes) were catered for. In addition they were personable and approachable, and able to give us advice and generally make our stay memorable. I would recommend Fiss and Chalet Rosa!
We hebben een heerlijke week gehad en zijn zeer tevreden over ons verblijf. De hosts van Wens Chalet Rosa waren echt fantastisch. Hele lieve meiden. Niets was teveel en zij dachten met alles proactief mee. Dank!
Great Chalet in Fiss. In the afternoon has the last sunlight of the village on the terrace. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Took everyone into account (eg children's menus) and brought us to the slopes every day (but walking in this area (+/- 15 min) is also no punishment at all). Even the difficult adolescent daughters got a (out) lift from the staff to the neighboring Serfaus to experience the even cooler after-ski there. Fine and healthy food!
Perfect chalet, very good chalet staff. Location is very nice. It was a short walk to the slopes, but that was actually nice, especially because we had very good lockers at the lifts.
We spent a fantastic week in Chalet Rosa with our wonderful Chalet hosts Leon and Patricia. We have been on several catered Chalet holidays before, including one with Wens, and Leon and Patricia were by far the best Chalet hosts we have ever had. The food they prepared was sensational, a level up from anything we had been served on a catered Chalet holiday before. They were helpful, friendly and professional and helped make the holiday extra special.
