This charming chalet is located in the beautiful village of Ischgl.

Chalet Zita features a cozy living room, a separate dining area, 12 bedrooms, and 11 bathrooms. The town center is approximately 500 meters from the chalet, and within a 300-meter radius, you'll find the Fimbabahn lift. From the chalet, you can stylishly access the Fimbabahn using the unique 'travelator' (conveyor belt). Skiing back right to the doorstep is possible.

Ischgl

Ischgl is an active, sporty, and fashionable resort, located at 1,377 metres in the Paznaunertal valley (Tyrol).

For all abilities of skiers and snowboarders, Ischgl has a lot to offer; An abundance of slopes, great snow conditions all season, and excellent aprês-ski. The mountain trails lead to alpine lakes and breathtaking views of the world around you.

The village can be just as exciting as the slopes, the array of high-end shopping and restaurants to dine in gives you a high feeling of elegance. Spectacular concerts and events are planned throughout the winter for both families and groups of friends.

Silvretta Arena

The ski resort of Ischgl, the Silvretta Arena, is a popular destination in the Alps with more than 200 kilometres and 40 plus lifts.

The largest part of the ski area is located at an altitude between 2000 and 2872 meters. This gives the area a great guarantee of snow and skiing is possible between November and early May. The area lies on the border between Austria and Switzerland, which is why you can enjoy a Swiss raclette or do some tax-free shopping in nearby Samnaun.
