We have just had the most wonderful week at Chalet in the Clouds with a large family group of 20, including three tiny children. Giles and I were celebrating our 60th birthdays. The whole experience was truly fabulous from beginning to end. The accommodation was delightful, well resourced, in great condition and perfectly located for easy access to the slopes (.. even when the snow began to disappear…this was the very last week of the season). We made good use of the superb hot tub and sauna which were always clean and inviting. What really made our stay so perfect however were our hosts, Rob and Kirsten. They could not have been better…they exceeded all our expectations. Both were cheerful, welcoming, professional, informative and completely charming. They created the most delicious meals, even managing to produce imaginitive and tasty alternatives for those with food intolerances. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for such a memorable week!
We had a fabulous time at Chalet Nimbus. We were all really impressed with the quality of the Chalet, the food, the Wellness facilities. A very pleasant stay and great hosts, thank you so much for everything!
We had a wonderful stay at Chalet in the Clouds, Les Menuires - perfect location, hot tub, snow conditions and chalet hosts Rob and Kirsten! They were wonderful, so welcoming, helpful and friendly, and the food was fantastic! They really made our holiday and are a credit to Wen Chalets! Huge thanks.
Our group had a great time at Chalet Rosa in Fiss. The resort itself is charming and very family oriented. In terms of the Chalet it was very comfortable for our group which consisted of 8 adults and 10 children. I don't think the floor plan does it justice because the bedrooms were spacious and the area in general sufficiently big enough for us all. Beds were also comfortable. The real difference maker for us were the staff - Yinthe and Karlien, who were fantastic. The food was great overall and they also ensured all children (and their tastes) were catered for. In addition they were personable and approachable, and able to give us advice and generally make our stay memorable. I would recommend Fiss and Chalet Rosa!
Chalet Levett is a good chalet, in a great location that's minutes from a gondola, bus stop, and the town. Our hosts – Alicia, Elroy, & Sarah – were superb. They were very understanding and helpful when some returned late to dinner and also accommodating when one of the group was hospitalised. They really were an excellent team and the food was great too – flavours, variety, portions, dietary requirements all very good. How do I book them next time!? :)
