Wagrain is a very complete winter sports village that guarantees a versatile winter sports holiday. The gondolas in the village are rarely crowded. It is centrally located between the areas of Flachau and Alpendorf. The large gondola, the G-Link, makes it very easy to get from one side to the other.

The village has a very pleasant Apres-Ski, which mainly occurs immediately after skiing. Unlike neighboring Flachau, which is more massive and continues into the wee hours.
