Village
Kirchberg is located in the heart of the Kitzbüheler Alpen and is loved and popular with winter sports enthusiasts. It is a versatile village that has a lot to offer. A lot is organized every week, such as local markets or horse races in the snow.
In addition, there are toboggan evenings; on the Gaisberg there is an illuminated toboggan run and evening skiing is possible if the day is too short for you.
Kirchberg has grown in recent years, but the center still retains an authentic Tyrolean feel. In addition to the very pleasant après-ski in one of the many bars and discos in Kirchberg, there is also plenty of choice in saunas and solariums for those who prefer more peace and quiet.

Ski region
The Kitzbühel-Kirchberg ski area can be reached via three lifts just outside the center; you have to take the ski bus or car, but you will soon forget that once you are on the beautiful slopes.
The good connection to Kitzbühel offers a huge ski area with more than 188 kilometers of slopes. The ski area is suitable for every level, both the less experienced skier and the experienced skier or snowboarder can indulge themselves here.
All practice lifts in the valley are free and are perfect for introducing your children to winter sports.
In addition, Kirchberg has a 3.5 km long toboggan run on the Gaisberg that is open both during the day and in the evening.
