Chalet Kraxner

The chalet is located on the 1st and 2nd floor of an elevated Austrian building. This gives you a wonderful view of the little church of Serfaus, the village and the majestic valley. The interior of the chalet is simple in design and decoration but completely furnished in an inviting Tyrolean style. On the 1st floor, there are 3 bedrooms, a kitchen where your chalet staff will prepare delicious meals, and a small sitting/dining room. On the 2nd floor is a bedroom with bath room.

The large gondolas are located 900 meters from the chalet. However, the underground train station is less than 50 meters away and takes you to the gondolas within minutes. The centre of Serfaus is located just 100 meters from the chalet, a short stroll around the village and you can see all that Serfaus has to offer. 

The village is located at the foot of the Samnaun mountain range, bringing picturesque views, a diverse ski area, great transport and fun for everyone! Serfaus is suitable for families and winter enthusiasts of all ages. The modern transport facilities make traveling comfortable and easy to get around. The subway will swiftly take you to and from the ski lifts within minutes.

The entire village is "pedestrian only" creating a quiet, relaxed, and child friendly environment. In the main street of the village, there are lots of shops, restaurants, and bars. The après ski is excellent, with many bars to choose from, however, Patschi pub is the most renowned.

The plateau is rightfully named "the golden triangle". Situated on the south side, with more than 2000 hours of sunshine per year.

 It is an ideal ski area for skiers of all levels and children in particular. On the Komperdell in Serfaus and at the middle station of the Sonnenbahn (Fiss-Ladis) there are children's areas where your children will never want to leave.

Experienced skiers can indulge themselves in Serfaus. There are slopes of various levels of difficulty, including 30 kilometers of black slopes. The Pezid-Vertikal is a slope with a gradient of 67%. This makes this run one of the three steepest descents in Austria! Snowboarders can enjoy themselves in the seven fun parks that the area has and there are several free-ride areas to be found. Fiss is also an attractive village for cross-country skiers. Nine beautiful trails have been set out, which connect to 90 kilometers of trails in Fiss.
